Hi to all Delcampe members,

The last days I am very annoyed with a number of things that took place. First of all, after bidding in some auctions of another Delcampe member and after receiving the items (which didn't match the auction description), I decided to start a dispute resolution process, as the seller was not reasonable. The consequence? Apart from receiving unfair negative feedback from this seller (my obligation to pay him had already finished), in 2 days time I have received an anormous number of bids from new, unconfirmed Delcampe members called: 'Closeyourstore' and 'Fuckyourmother'. I have contacted Delcampe via email, but still no answer. I suspect that the same person (the seller) is doing all of these, in order to harm my Delcampe store and my reputation. Has anyone of you faced the same problem? What should I do? I am very desperate and still no sign of Delcampe team.... I am a gold member, 2 years now. I supported the site while it faced problems, but now I need Delcampe's support. I hope that the Delcampe stuff will deal will all of this very soon. Please write your opinions.

Hello everyone. I know Gianniblue since quite a long time ago and our transactions could not have been better. I've been always the seller and I'm glad to say that he always pays promptly and is always, friendly when communicating. He is a respeted and honest person and in my opinion, one the best Delcampe users (at least of the ones I know).

I'm very sorry about this happening to Ioannis as he does not deserve it at all and hope that Delcampe team will do something, soon, about it.

People acting like that seller should be banned from Delcampe.

That's very mean and I'm sure you'll get help from Delcampe. They are rather busy, but nevertheless try this: contact Delcampe USA and Germany and France and England and Spain and so on. One of them will have the time to answer immediately.
Don't think too much about your reputation. You are w/w known as a perfect buyer/seller.
Cancel the bids on your items as fast as possible and send copies to Delcampe!
I hope for all our sakes that Delcampe will deal
with such a f...ing a..h... in the way it deserves:fight2:.

I think that Delcampe has to looking for a solutionī, although you can use your black list intro delcampe.
I think that although any seller has negative feedback, it īs not important always you know the long history of him.
